Apartments and terraced vacation houses given for rent are intended only for the tourist purpose.

The key of the apartment or terraced vacation house will be given only, if t he total amount for all period of rent have to been paid. Additionally  you have to pay 100 Euros, the so-called deposit, for compensation of casual harm caused by the tenant.

Apartments (terraced vacation houses) are free from 17 o'clock of arrival, settling is made till 20 (if another is not stipulated).

Apartments (terraced vacation houses) will not be transferred till 17 o'clock to day of arrival. Also should be released up to 10 o'clock of departure.

The late departure (after 10 o'clock) entails surcharge for all the day presence. Apartments (terraced vacation houses) are checked and accepted directly ahead of departure, free from people and personal things of visitors.

Rent of linen and blankets is possible, only at the moment of the advanced order, at the price of Euro 15,00 for a person and for change. One complete set includes: 2 bed sheets, 1 pillow case, 1 towel, 1 big towel.

Additionally have to been paid the fixed rate for final cleaning of 50 Euros.

Children older 1,5 years are considered and paid as "Person".

Day time visitors have to pay 10 Euro per person and day.

Visiting by children of the sauna, solarium, use of baths with a hydro massage and pool - ONLY UNDER SUPERVISION AND OF THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENTS

Before enjoying the pool it is obligatory to take a shower .

Persons with diseases of a leather are not accepted

The equipment of pool (umbrellas, plank beds, tables, chairs) are general purpose subjects and it is not authorized to borrow them without use.

Outdoor games of children are possible only in park.

It is forbidden to smoke in all premises of our residence.

It is forbidden to enter animals of any sort.

As we are not hotel, a we give apartments and country houses in rent we don’t offer services. And given to our visitors in FREE-OF-CHARGE using of our  terrace,  fireplace for the barbecue are given on the condition of  (SELF-SERVIS). For sauna, solarium, baths with a hydro massage you have to pay additionally, are given on the condition of  (SELF-SERVIS).

In given apartments (country houses you will find out a toilet paper, tea and sugar. It is a gift for you (and it is given once).

At non-observance of the above-stated rules we reserve the right to itself unilaterally to terminate the contract, and no giving back paid sums of money.
